Talk about full circle.. little back info.. Chico mann is from the band antibalas, who mostly play afro-beat music and and do lots of Fela Kuti-esque records. it’s only right Chico covered this because as legend has it(wiki), Brian Eno producer of the original Talking Head song introduced Fela Kuti’s multiple rhythm music style to the band, and when producing used a different rhythm count to the band which results in a rhythm imbalance throughout the song
